These terms govern the use of AMA Clean Co. cleaning services and this website. By booking a cleaning you agree to them. Every price is shown and itemized before you authorize anything.
Residential cleanings are paid by card at booking, or cash with a small refundable card hold that releases automatically after the visit. Short-term rental turnovers are billed per completed turnover to a card on file. Commercial cleaning is invoiced after a free walk-through, with ACH and Net-30 available on approved credit. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Reschedule or cancel free with 24 hours or more notice for residential and short-term rental service, or 72 hours for commercial. Later cancellations may be subject to a fee disclosed at booking, framed as amounts that may apply. Satisfaction guarantee: report any issue within 48 hours and we return to make it right.
AMA Clean Co. Alerts sends service texts and, only with separate express consent, occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
